Final thoughts about kalki 2898 AD
Now that the final trailer has been out. We all got a clear picture about the significance of the timeline , this story takes place before the arrival of the final incarnation of Sri Maha Vishnu and Sumathi played by Deepika Padukone is his mother. And in the trailer out of the 7 chiranjeevi's we are only shown ashwathhama, may be they want to use Big B for promotions and it's also good to keep them under the scarf a definitive thrill moment guaranteed? Also it was parasurama who trains Kalki all the forms of martial arts and weapons whom we haven't seen at all in the trailer which clearly is telling that the film ENDS WITH THE BIRTH OF KALKI. Now we have a clear picture of the major characters involved with the arrival of Kalki, but what's so special with the role of Prabhas as Bhairava, clearly the only character who is the odd one in the prophecy yet to unfold. Is he parasurama ?? or he is clearly someone who has been involved to get a ticket to the COMPLEX ( probably the one place on earth where people had access to everything). I am really excited about how his character unfolds in the giant calculus of events happening at the apex of Human civilisation.
The Good Guys in the picture
Yes we're clearly talking about those rebels who have been trying to fight the establishment which has taken the man kind. I think they have no idea about the messiah who's about to come into the world, and are just a force who uses their collective strength to stand against the Bad Guy(Kamal ??). May be Ashwatthama will bring all those rebels together to fight under him for the Saviour coming up in a few years convincing them or they are aware of the hero yet to be born but are unsure about when their Saviour is yet to hit the battle ground and suddenly the grandmaster pops up and tells them He's coming ,
Bhairava
From all the prerelease content , bhairava has been marketed as a free spirited guy who does everything to get into the complex and Sumathi is his bounty of the life which he doesn't want to lose and also boasts about having not lost a single fight. Hmmm, but definitely not a match to one of the mightiest warriors of the Bharatam times.
From my POV, he switches his sides by the end of the film ?? As I said above the characterization of bhairava is the driving factor for this film. Hope it won't be very straight forward or atleast not so cliche and boring.
Kali The ultimate Evil
I honestly don't want to take any guesses as who might be playing , I don't think it's kamal hassan I believe he's a someone who sticks to the ideals of a pessimist and a staunch follower of Kali and wishes to rule over the planet with the same ideals or he is kali who is looking for a potential womb to transfer his powerful consciousness into it and many subjects couldn't hold it and died and since sumathi is carrying kalki in her womb they selects her , naah man this sounds very much straightforward copy written by a high school guy who's into sci-fi mythology. Nagi please surprise me here .

Man I just don't hope this movies gets called as starwars inspired or something else set up in a Desert lol. I really wish they don't mess up with CGI part which is everything in this film. Since this is about to happen just before the arrival of the Hero of the yuga, I am anticipating an amazing payoff in the climax, giving an enthusiasm to people to wait another 4-5 years until they film it, I mean in the worst possible case.
